How JetScore Works

JetScore is a single number from 0 to 100 that shows how much a pro has earned your trust. The formula is public, and money is never part of it.

Our Promise

  • Ranking is earned, never bought. No pro can pay to rank higher.
  • Money is never in the formula. Not one of the four parts below is about spending.
  • Reviews are never edited or suppressed for commercial reasons.

What Goes Into a JetScore

Four parts, weighted to add up to 100.

Rating Quality50 / 100

The weighted average of a pro’s review ratings. Recent reviews count for more, so a pro who is great today is not carried forever by old work (reviews older than a year count half).

Responsiveness20 / 100

How quickly the pro responds to the quote requests they take on and win, measured in business hours. Each pro sets their own working hours, so time outside those hours never counts against them. Only requests that became real jobs count. A pro is never scored on leads they choose not to pursue, so declining a bad-fit inquiry never lowers their score.

Review Recency15 / 100

How recently the pro earned their last published review. An active pro with fresh reviews beats one coasting on stale ones.

Verified-Job Ratio15 / 100

The share of a pro’s reviews that carry the Verified Job badge, meaning the review is tied to a real completed job on the platform.

How We Keep It Fair

  • A pro with fewer than 3 published reviews shows No JetScore yet, never a low number. Too few reviews to be fair means no score at all, not a bad one.
  • A pro with no quote-request history yet gets a neutral responsiveness score, not a zero. New listings are never rigged against; pros earn their edge through behaviour.
  • Suspended businesses are hidden from the directory entirely.
